The exhibition features 31 of my works from 2020 and 2021 (with one exception from 2019).
The camera is my sketch pad. I use the photos like brushes, paper and paint. You are a tool.
I'm interested in the complexity of nature, the hidden connections that are often not perceptible at first glance but are nevertheless alive, the "secret life" behind the obvious perceptible.
I want to make these mysteries of nature with their often apparent contradictions (e.g. barbed wire/delicate plants) visible with the complexity of the materials and techniques I use (painting, collage, monotype, often together in one picture). In this context, the color gold represents real light on the one hand, and more importantly life and the spiritual energies that unfold in nature.
